Oh, I see, my I2C Library is not a correct one.
Arduino import Library to document/Arduino/Libraryies and I did put the I2CDev Lib into the install directory.so actually it was using the the previous one.
now I've got the correct data.

Angular velocity is not enough to determine the incline, because its integrate will become imprecise over time,
usually use Accelerometer to adjust the result after a period of time.
