You are commiting a BIG mistake! You CANNOT connect directly the MPU6050 to the Arduino. If you read the datasheet you will see that the highest Vcc is 3.46v!!!! (http://www.invensense.com/mems/gyro/documents/PS-MPU-6000A-00v3.4.pdf). So you will need a level shifter to connect the MPU6050 to the arduino and 3.3V suplied by the arduino. Finally you should have a look on the Arduino website http://playground.arduino.cc/Main/MPU-6050.
