Hi everyone,
I'm working on a balancing robot activity for older children using the MicroBit. I have MPU-6050 to use on the robots, but I'm unable to get the DMP code to work within the memory constraints of the MicroBit.
I've therefore coded a simple complementary filter to give a smoother Yaw value as my PID input.
I wonder if a more experienced developer fancies the challenge of getting the DMP code working on the MicroBit? OR has suggestions for me to try.
Does anyone have experience of the MPU6050::getAndConvertData method. This appears to be an alternative approach to acquiring all the computed data I might need.
Thoughts and contributions welcome.
Cheers
Paul
