I2cdevlib MPU6050 in atmel studio 6 for AVR directly

Firstly, thanks for your lib

 

i am working in atmel studio 6 for ATMEGA2560, could i use the library in atmel studio 6 directly in AVR? How?

 

And is there any way to use the DMP of MPU6050 without interrupt?

 

I want to use in an quadcopter but i am using adaptive predictive control, in this control you must sincronize the control actions with the PWM signal for ESC's then, for each period control you must read the MPU6050, execute adaptive control and finally update the PWM signal, anyway do not work.
