How to calculate angles from the data obtained from MPU6050

Hello Friends,

 

                       i'm writing my own code for extracting data from MPU6050.

i got the accelerometer values(16 bit High and Low)(XH XL, YH YL,ZH ZL)(Decimal equalents of binary) as shown below

 

MPU6050 X,Y,Z values 

 

Accelero XH values=64

Accelero XL values=24

 

Accelero YH values=255

Accelero YL values=180

 

Accelero ZH values=0

Accelero ZL values=64

 

How can i find the x,y,z angle from these values ??

in the data sheet i saw that these are 2's complement value? why they are 2's complement values but not the exact binary?
