How do you set offsets so that they are retained after power off?

Recommended Posts

Hello

I use an ARDUINO UNO and 3accel/3gyro MPU6050.

After performing calibration (as info....trough sampling several attitudes and using genetic algorithm in Matlab to minimize squared differences) I apply new offsets trough the command:

accelgyro.setXAccelOffset(##)

I verify via serial using command accelgyro.getXAccelOffset() and they are correctly applied.

But when I switch off the device the offsets are lost and they go back to the manufacturer values.

Is there a way to change the offsets in the firmware (I guess) so that they are retained after powering it off?

Thank you
